BOX OFFICE

Our Box Office is no longer open at the theatre outside of performance dates. If you wish to purchase tickets by telephone, please leave a detailed message with your name, return phone number, and the best time to reach you. Our staff will return your call within 48 hours.

POLICIES

All Sales Final. No Refunds.

Exchanges only permitted for Season Subscription tickets. The exchange must be for the same production, not less than 48 hours prior to the original performance date.

Failure to show proper ID upon request for Senior and Student tickets will result in tickets being forfeited.

Events taking place at Theatre Aurora may have different pricing.
